Reset your password

You can use this video tutorial to learn how to change your password on the GlobalU platform. You've come to the right place if you need to update your password for security purposes or if you've forgotten it. We walk you through the process of changing your password and regaining access to your GlobalU account in this video.

Note: You can easily reset your password by following the below steps:

Step 1: Click on "Log in"

Step 2: Click on "Forgot your password"

Step 3: Enter your registered Email address and click on "Send Password Reset Link"

Step 4: You will receive a password reset email from GlobalU on your registered email address, click on "Reset Password"

Step 5: Update your new password and click on "Reset My Password"
